Although AuctiScore is currently a United States-based business, we recognize that some subscribers may access our platform from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. To the extent that applicable data protection law requires a lawful basis for processing, we rely on:

Performance of a Contract. Processing your name, email address, payment information, and subscription preferences is necessary to perform our obligations under the Terms of Service.

Legitimate Interests. Processing technical and usage data is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how subscribers use the platform and improving our service.

Compliance with Legal Obligations. Certain processing is necessary for AuctiScore to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Each provider is contractually required to use your data only for the purposes we specify and to maintain appropriate security standards.

4.2 Referral and Affiliate Partners

If your subscription originated through a referral partner, we may share confirmation that a qualifying subscription was activated, solely for compensation verification. We will not share your full name, email address, or payment information with referral partners.

4.3 Legal Requirements

AuctiScore may disclose your personal information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AuctiScore, our subscribers, or the public.

4.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. AuctiScore will provide notice via email prior to any such transfer.

4.5 With Your Consent

AuctiScore may share your personal information with third parties not described above when we have obtained your express consent.
